introduction

Vitamin B2 (C17H20N4O6, 376.37), often known as riboflavin, is somewhat soluble in water and stable when heated in a neutral or acidic solution. When there is a dearth of yellow enzymes in the body, it affects the body's biological oxidation and causes a metabolic issue (yellow enzymes play a role of hydrogen in the biological oxidation reduction).

Its lesions, such as deficiency, cheilitis, glossitis, conjunctivitis, and scrotal phlogistic, are characterized by inflammation of the mouth, eye, and genital area, therefore the product can be utilized in disease prevention and control. Because vitamin B2 storage is extremely limited, it must be obtained through the diet on a daily basis. The main cause of the loss is due to two features of vitamin B2: (1) can be harmed by light, and (2) heating can be destroyed by alkali.
