The raspberry is a woody plant in the Rosaceae family, Rubus. This fruit tastes sour and sweet, and its branches are covered in barbs. The main component of 100% organic raspberry extract is the raspberry fruit, which is a kind of aggregation fruit with hues ranging from red to black. It is hardly heard of in China, even though it is widely accessible in the US and Europe. It is relatively uncommon on the market and is only grown sparingly in Northeast China.
Application of 100% organic raspberry extract
The raspberry is one kind of plant that can be used both medicinally and culinaryly. Its fruit is used in clinics to cure cancer and reduce inflammation, and it is also used in the culinary industry to make wine, jam, juice, and other beverages. Raspberries can be used to make sweeteners and tea beverages instead of tea.
Processing acquisition
Using organic raspberries, follow Method 1 to prepare 100% organic raspberry extract.
1. Take the raspberry medication, wash it with water, let it dry in the air, crush it, and then strain it through an 800 mesh sieve to get raspberry powder;
2. After evenly stirring, add raspberry powder at a ratio of 20 mL/g of liquid to material to an aqueous solution containing 70% ethanol. Next, the mixture is extracted twice at 25 kHz, 450 W, and 45 °C for 45 minutes each time.
3. From the alcohol extraction mixture in step S2, concentrate the raspberry concentrated solution, which should have a volume of 1/8 to 1/6 of the volume of the raspberry alcohol extraction solution;
4. Freeze and dry raspberry concentrate at a temperature of between 30 and 40 °C for 25 minutes. Then, crush the concentrate into a powder and strain it through a 200 mesh screen to create raspberry extract.
1.25wt% raspberry ketone is present in the raspberry extract prepared above.
