Product Description
The organic grifola frondosa produced by Oasier is a consistent and reliable product that is produced without the use of biological or genetically engineered products, synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, growth promoters, or other chemicals, and agricultural technology utilizing nuclear radiation. The entire manufacturing process of the product closely adheres to the criteria for organic food processing, packaging, storage, and transportation.
A strong and traceable quality management system has been built, an ideal quality control and tracking review system has been implemented during the manufacturing and distribution processes, and the organic food certification has been attained. Artificial colours, chemical additives, genetically modified products, chemical pesticides, and chemical fertilizers are not present.
Polysaccharide
The primary chemical and biologically active elements of Grifola frondosa are polysaccharides, which can be further split into structural polysaccharides and extracellular polysaccharides. The polysaccharides derived from various geographical locations or extraction techniques vary. The monosaccharide types in Grifola frondosa polysaccharides include glucose, mannose, galactose, xylose, etc., with D-glucose serving as the major monosaccharide type. The structure of Grifola frondosa polysaccharides is mostly rich in 1,6 and 1,3 glycosidic glucan.
Grifola frondosa polysaccharides contain a wide range of pharmacological properties. They have substantial anti-tumor, anti-diabetic, anti-viral, anti-hyperlipidemic, and immunological regulatory actions, and they have a wide range of potential applications.
Steroids
Currently, researchers domestically and internationally have isolated more than 20 different types of steroid compounds from Grifola frondosa, primarily sterols and their derivatives, particularly ergosterol, ergosterol peroxide, ergosterol, and ergostein-4,6,8,22, - tetraene-3-one.
polyphenol
There are currently only a few phenolic compounds known to exist that were isolated from the Grifola frondosa plant, mainly ferulic acid, 2-hydroxysuccinic acid, dihydroxyphenylacetic acid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, caffeic acid, coumarin acid, 3-hydroxyresveratrol, resveratrol, epicatechin gallate, p-coumarin acid, p-coumarin tartaric acid, etc. The pharmacological effects of phenolic substances are mostly antioxidants.
