Product Description
Main components of organic Coriolus versicolor extract
Polysaccharide of Coriolus versicolor is the main active ingredient in Coriolus versicolor extract: molecular weight is 1.3 × More than 10 6, it contains β— Glucoside linked glucan, and determined to be β (1 → 3) and β (1 → 6) Glucoside bond, the main active component of Coriolus versicolor extract is Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide. Polysaccharides from Coriolus versicolor mycelium and fermentation broth have extremely strong antitumor activity.
Acquisition and processing
1. Freeze and embrittle the coriolus versicolor fruiting body at 15~5 ℃ for 30min, crush, dry, pass through 60 mesh sieve, and degrease with 95% ethanol to obtain coriolus versicolor fruiting body powder;
2. Add 8 to 15 times of water to the fruiting body powder of Coriolus versicolor, add cellulase in the proportion of 1 to 2% by mass, adjust the pH to 6.0,45 to 55 ℃, enzymolysis for 20 to 30 minutes, and obtain enzymolysis solution;
3. After repeatedly freezing and thawing the enzymolysis solution for three times, dry it with spray, put it in an appropriate amount of 2% NaCO solution, soak it under negative pressure for 10min, instantly restore the normal pressure, ultrasonic extract it at 35~50 ℃ for 30~50min, filter it, repeat ultrasonic extraction once, dry it, and get the extract
Use of organic Coriolus versicolor extract
The fruiting body of Coriolus versicolor contains an anticancer substance. This fungus is used for medicine to remove dampness, reduce phlegm and treat lung diseases. It is effective in treating chronic bronchitis and chronic hepatitis.
Coriolus versicolor can be used as a drug for immunotherapy of liver cancer. The polysaccharides extracted from mycelium and fermentation broth have strong antitumor activity. The inhibition rates of sarcoma 180 and Ehrlich's cancer in mice were 80% and 100%, respectively.
