Product Description
Main components of organic Coriolus versicolor extract
The primary active ingredient in Coriolus versicolor extract is Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide, which has a molecular weight of 1.3 x 106, contains glucan that is glycoside linked, and was found to have glucoside bonds that are (1, 3, and 6) and (1, 6, respectively). Strong anticancer activity is present in the polysaccharides from fermentation broth and Coriolus versicolor mycelium.
Acquisition and processing
1. To acquire powdered coriolus versicolor fruiting body, freeze and embrittle the fruiting body at 15 to 5 °C for 30 minutes, crush, dry, run through a 60 mesh screen, and degrease with 95% ethanol;
2. To the powdered fruiting bodies of Coriolus versicolor, add 8 to 15 times the amount of water, 1 to 2 percent by mass of cellulase, adjust the pH to 6.0, 45 to 55 °C, and enzymolysis for 20 to 30 minutes to create the enzymolysis solution;
3. After repeatedly freezing and thawing the enzymolysis solution three times, spray dry it, add a suitable amount of 2% NaCO solution, soak it for 10 minutes while under negative pressure, then immediately bring it back up to normal pressure. Then, ultrasonically extract it at 35 to 50 °C for 30 to 50 minutes, filter it, repeat the process once more, and dry it to obtain the extract.
Use of organic Coriolus versicolor extract
An anticancer chemical can be found in Coriolus versicolor's fruiting body. To treat lung disorders, lessen phlegm, and eliminate dampness, this fungus is utilized in medicine. Both chronic bronchitis and chronic hepatitis can be effectively treated with it.
One treatment option for liver cancer immunotherapy is coriolus versicolor. Strong anticancer activity can be found in the polysaccharides isolated from fermentation broth and mycelium. Sarcoma 180 and Ehrlich's cancer in mice were both completely and 80% inhibited.
