What is α- Galactosidase?
α- Galactosidases belong to exoglycosidases, and specific hydrolytic galactose oligosaccharides belong to exoglycosidases. They can hydrolyze galactose oligosaccharides, non reducing terminal galactoside bonds of polysaccharide mannan, raffinose, melibiose, stachyose and other oligosaccharides, and can hydrolyze α- Galactoside bond
Product appearance
α- The galactosidase supplement is a light yellow powder with good fluidity. The sieving rate of 0.4mm is ≥ 80%, and the drying weight loss rate is ≤ 10%
Product function and efficacy
1.α- Galactosidase supplements can effectively degrade the anti nutritional factors such as raffinose, stachyose and pilose in legumes, eliminate flatulence factors and reduce diarrhea.
2.α- Galactosidase supplements can promote the development of small intestinal villi and promote the efficient absorption of nutrients.
