The raw material of 100% organic raspberry extract is the fruit of raspberry, which is a kind of aggregate fruit with red, gold and black color. It is widely distributed in Europe and the United States, but rarely known in China. It is only cultivated in a small amount in Northeast China, which is relatively rare in the market.

Processing acquisition
Method 1: Prepare 100% organic raspberry extract from organic raspberry
1. Take the raspberry medicine, wash it with water, dry it in the air, smash it and pass the 800 mesh sieve to get the raspberry powder;
2. Add raspberry powder into 70% ethanol aqueous solution according to the ratio of 20 mL/g of liquid to material, stir it evenly, and extract it for 45 min at 25 kHz, 450 W and 45 ℃, twice;
3. Filter the alcohol extraction mixture in step S2 to obtain raspberry alcohol extraction solution, and then concentrate to obtain raspberry concentrated solution with a volume of 1/8-1/6 of the volume of raspberry alcohol extraction solution;
4. Freeze and dry raspberry concentrate at - 30~- 40 ℃ for 25 minutes, grind it into powder and pass through 200 mesh sieve to obtain raspberry extract.
The content of raspberry ketone in the raspberry extract prepared above is 1.25wt%.
